Yes! These panties actually work. I have finally found a product for my young daughter who has just got her period. She feels safe and confident especially throughout the day when she's at school.

If you are looking for a eco friendly product these undies are the way to go! I have tried cups and pads but I really like the undies especially for night times.

I bought these pants for my sister who was diagnosed with problems with her ovaries. She constantly had to wear pads and tampons at the same time to stop bleeding but now she just wears these panties and she is protected and happy with her results so far.
